A few weeks back, HERE, we noted the publication of the book Wildflowers of the Boundary Waters: Hiking Through the Seasons by Betty Vos Hemstad.

Recently, the Cook County News-Herald’s Rhonda Silence reviewed the book, HERE.  Silence says the book is more than just a lovely coffee table book, “a closer inspection, particularly with a flower question, proves the book to be an invaluable resource.”

Vos Hemstad’s Wildflowers of the Boundary Waters is published by the Minnesota Historical Society Press.
